As regular human beings, we’re more vulnerable than the superheroes we’ve come to love. But it’s that vulnerability that makes us heroic. So many of us tend to focus on the moments that we’ve fallen short- the words we wish we never said, the mistake we made at work, the notes we miss when practicing the guitar. Yet despite our self-doubt, our fears and failures, we still show up. And that’s what makes us pretty freaking heroic!
